Each practice will begin with slow stretching, followed by poses that will move the body into spaces of elongation and strength-building.

Items to bring: 2 towels (one to lay on top of the mat; one to fold) and water

Survivor will be held on Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend. We will form teams, and each team will compete against each other in several Survivor style games. Each team will receive points depending on what position they finish in the games and points will carry over to the next Survivor games. Teams will remain the same for all 3 weekend games, but new members can be added, so that everyone who wants to participate can.

11:00AM - 1:00PM at the Bistro: Poker Run
What's a Poker Run? The OLT poker run is an event in which participants are given a piece of paper with a grid with spots for all 52 cards. Participants then go to five different checkpoints (poker stops), where they will draw a card from the host. Whatever card you draw, the host will stamp that spot on your paper. You will be able to see if you have a chance at a winning hand or if you are in the running for the lowest hand. Make sure you put your name on your paper and then turn it in at the check-in table. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run. Having the best hand and winning is purely a matter of chance. Each Poker Stop also may have snacks, beverages, or games to play along the way. NOTE: Our current Poker Run Organizers are retiring from duty this year. Would you and your friends like to be the next to organize the poker runs for 2025? Email your interest to office@oaklaketrails.com today!
